Blast!!!

I really can't believe it ... we went to the bank, got our morgage and then we phoned the realtor and what had happened? Two hours before we called in, someone else already bought the house.

Oh gosh, this is soo sad. :(

And so it begins ...

My husband and I had been shopping around for a comfortably sized house and garden for about 2 years. Most houses were too pricey or too small or too dilapidated and renovating the house in question would have cost more than the house and ground itself.

Then today, we saw a house that instantly has become our dream house. It is an old carriage house resting in a small side street with a well sized garden.

I instantly fell in love with its dark blue shutters and brick exterior. It is already renovated and well in our price range. 

We will go to the bank on Wednesday ... Oh my god .. could this be it???
